This notice explains how Miss Judith Hunter’s practice (“Hunter Plastic Surgery”) collects and uses the personal information you share when you contact us or use this website.
Who is responsible for your information
Hunter Plastic Surgery is responsible for the personal information you provide directly to the practice. Where you are treated within Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, Imperial College Healthcare Private Care or The London Welbeck Hospital, those organisations are responsible for the records they hold, under their own privacy notices.

What we collect and why
When you make an enquiry — by the website form, email, telephone or text — we collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, age, contact details, funding status and the procedure or concern you would like to discuss. If you later share relevant medical information, it is treated with particular care. We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation and provide the care you ask for.
Information about your health is treated with particular care. We process it to provide medical care and to manage the practice, relying on the bases in UK data protection law that cover the provision of health care and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.
Who we share it with
We share information only where it is needed for your care or required by law — for example with the hospital where you are treated, your GP or referring clinician with your agreement, and, where relevant, your medical insurer. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party marketing.
How long we keep it, and your rights
Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any care that follows; clinical records are retained for the periods set by professional and legal guidance. You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to certain uses.
