Sophie Freud is the practice manager. She’s the first person you will speak to and handles all enquiries. She arranges your initial consultation with Miss Hunter and remains your primary point of contact throughout. After your consultation, Sophie sends your surgical quote, helps you agree a suitable surgery date and coordinates the practical arrangements before and after surgery.

The first message can be brief. Tell Sophie which procedure you would like to discuss. She can ask for any further information that is genuinely needed before arranging the next step.

Please do not send clinical photographs or detailed medical information at first contact. Sophie will explain how to share anything further if it is needed.

What happens next
Sophie will call you to discuss your enquiry and confirm any missing details. If your enquiry is suitable for Miss Hunter’s practice, she will arrange a consultation. After consultation, you receive a letter dictated by Miss Hunter, typed by Sophie and checked by Miss Hunter, together with a quote and relevant patient information. Before surgery, you are reviewed again by Miss Hunter so that questions, suitability, planning and expectations can be checked.
You are given clear post-operative contact arrangements, with Sophie coordinating queries and escalating to Miss Hunter directly where clinical input is needed. Please contact Sophie first for anything to do with the practice.
Enquiries come directly to the practice, with no third-party booking. Many patients read Miss Hunter’s independent Doctify reviews before getting in touch.
